Cannot Connect to Internet Troubleshoot
If you are receiving the message below when starting up the app, please do the following to assist you.
- Long Click Hold on the "beacon icon" to initiate the "Failure Error" message we can look at that your device has hidden.
- After Long Holding your screen will display the follow message below.
- Take a screenshot or select all copy paste the message back to us by sending to help@doapps.com
